Royal Mail plc are proposing 13.3 pence per share
The Royal Mail plc Board is proposing a final dividend of 13.3 pence per share. Combined with the interim dividend of 6.7 pence per share paid in January 2022, this gives an ordinary dividend for FY 2021-22 of 20 pence per share, and is in line with their sustainable progressive dividend policy.
Royal Mail PLC have announced an interim 6.7 pence per share
The Royal Mail Board has adopted a sustainable progressive ordinary dividend policy and expects to propose a full year dividend for 2021-22 of 20 pence per share. The Board has reviewed the performance of the Group and will pay an interim dividend of a third of this amount (6.7 pence per share). The Board has also agreed a special dividend of £200 million which will be paid alongside the interim dividend. Dividends will be paid on 12 January 2022 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 3 December 2021. The ex-dividend date is 2 December 2021.
Royal Mail announce a 10p one-off final dividend proposed in respect of 2020-21
The Royal Mail Board has reviewed the performance of the Group during the past year and concluded that it is appropriate to pay a one-off final dividend of 10 pence per share in respect of FY2020-21, payable on 6 September 2021 to shareholders on the register at 30 July 2021, subject to approval at the 2021 AGM on 21 July 2021.
