Novavax, Inc., along with its wholly owned subsidiaries, Novavax AB and Novavax CZ, is a biotechnology company. The Company promotes improved health globally through the discovery, development, and commercialization of vaccines to prevent serious infectious diseases. Its recombinant technology platform harnesses the power and speed of genetic engineering to produce immunogenic nanoparticles designed to address urgent global health needs.
