Bouvet ASA is a Norway-based consultancy company. The Company provides services in the fields of information technology (IT), digital communication and enterprise management. Its clients include large and financially sound enterprises and organizations with high credit ratings. Bouvet has 14 offices located in Oslo, Arendal, Bergen, Grenland, Haugesund, Kristiansand, Sandvika and Stavanger, Norway; and in Stockholm, Malmo and Orebro, Sweden. As of December 31, 2013, the Company had six wholly owned subsidiaries, namely Ontopia AS, Nordic Integrator Management AS, Bouvet Sverige AB, Bouvet Stockholm AB, Bouvet Syd AB and Bouvet Norge AS, as well as one 60%-owned entity Olavstoppen AS. As of December 31, 2013, the Company’s largest shareholder, which held 10.44% of the Company’s shares, was Varner Kapital AS.
