About Generation Income Properties Inc

Generation Income Properties, Inc. is an internally managed real estate investment company. The Company invests in a diverse multi-tenant portfolio of real estate assets primarily consisting of office, industrial, medical and retail properties located throughout the United States. The Company owns an equity interest in approximately nine offices, industrial or retail buildings totaling approximately 221,000 rentable square feet. In addition, it owns Tenant in Common, which comprises an approximately 15,000 square foot retail building. It directly manages or engages a third-party property manager to manage the operations and leasing of its properties. Its tenants consist of regional and national businesses. The Company owns its properties in Alabama, Florida, Colorado, North Carolina, Virginia and the District of Columbia.
