Constellation Energy Corporation, formerly Constellation Newholdco, Inc., is a clean energy company. The Company is focused on carbon-free electricity. It is a supplier of clean energy and sustainable solutions to homes, businesses, public sector, community aggregations and a range of wholesale customers, such as municipalities, cooperatives, and other strategics across the continental United States. The Company also sells renewable energy and other energy-related products and services. It has five reportable segments consisting of the Mid-Atlantic, Midwest, New York, ERCOT, and Other Power Regions. The Company is comprised of two primary business units: Constellation NewEnergy, Inc. and Exelon Generation Company, LLC (Generation).
