The Company invests principally in operating digital infrastructure assets, with a focus on data centers, mobile telecommunications/broadcast towers and fiber-optic network assets, primarily located in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area (EEA), the United States of America and Canada. Its investments in digital infrastructure assets are made principally through equity, or through structures having equity-like characteristics and control features, including convertible instruments or structured debt. Cordiant Capital Inc. is the Company's investment manager.
