Cordiant Digital Infrastructure Limited announce, in line with the Company's progressive dividend policy and reflecting Company performance and planned capital expenditure, the Board approved a further increase in the dividend target of 2.3% to 4.45p, with 2.275p to be paid on 30 July 2026 to shareholders as at the record date of 3 July 2026.
