Arbuthnot Banking Group PLC announce total dividend per share for the year of 46p
Arbuthnot Banking Group PLC announced a total dividend per share for the year of 46p (2022: 42p), an increase of 10%. The final dividend declared increased by 2p to 27p (2022: 25p). The firm recommended the payment of a final dividend of 27p (2022: 25p) per share which, together with the interim dividend of 19p (2022: 17p) paid on 22 September 2023 represented total dividends for the year of 46p (2022: 42p). The final dividend, if approved by members at the 2024 Annual General Meeting, will be paid on 31 May 2024 to shareholders on the register at close of business on 19 April 2024.
