APAX Global Alpha announce an interim dividend of 5.97 pence per share declared
The Apax Global Alpha Directors of the Company are to declare that a dividend will be payable, for the financial period ended 30 June 2021, in accordance with the following timetable:
APAX Global Alpha announce 5.28pence per share final dividend
APAX Global announce a final dividend of 5.28p per share declared for the full year 2020, in line with AGA's stated dividend policy of distributing 5% of NAV per annum.
Apax announces an interim dividend of 4.87 pence per share declared, equivalent to 2.5% of the euro NAV as at 30 June 2020
AGA's objective is to provide shareholders with capital appreciation from its investment portfolio and regular dividends. The Company is targeting an annualised Total Return, across economic cycles, of 12-15% (net of fees and expenses) including a dividend yield of 5% of Net Asset Value.
