About Veidekke ASA
Veidekke ASA is a Norway-based company active in the construction, property development and industry segments. The Company’s product and service portfolio is structured in three business segments, which include Construction operations, Property development and Industry. The construction operations segment includes building and construction activities in Norway and Denmark are nationwide, while activity in Sweden is concentrated in the regions around Stockholm, Gothenburg and Skane. The Property development segment is principally involved in the development of housing for its own account and to some extent, non-residential buildings. The Industry segment comprises three units: Asphalt, Crushed stone and Gravel, as well as Road Operation and Maintenance. The Company operates in Norway, Sweden and Denmark. The Company operates such subsidiaries as Hoffmann A/S, as well as Basum Boring AS and Basum Boring Trondelag AS indirectly.
