About Amerigo Resources Ltd

Amerigo Resources Ltd. is principally engaged in the production of copper and molybdenum concentrates through its operating subsidiary Minera Valle Central S.A. (MVC), pursuant to a long-term contractual relationship with the El Teniente Division (DET) of Corporacion Nacional del Cobre de Chile (Codelco). The MVC operation is located approximately 8 kilometer east of the city of Rancagua and over 90 kilometer south of Chile’s capital city of Santiago. MVC is involved in reprocessing tailings generated from the El Teniente mine.
