Incitec Pivot Limited is an Australia-based company engaged in the manufacture and distribution of industrial explosives, industrial chemicals and fertilizers, and the provision of related services. The Company's segments include Asia Pacific, and the Americas. Its business division includes Dyno Nobel and Incitec Pivot Fertilisers. Dyno Nobel is engaged in the manufacturing and selling of industrial explosives and related products and services to the mining, quarrying and construction industries in North America and the Australian market. Incitec Pivot Fertilisers is engaged in manufacturing and selling of fertilizers in Eastern Australia and the export market. It also manufactures, imports and sells industrial chemicals to the agriculture and specialist industries. The Company's product portfolio includes Green Urea, Entec, eNpower and EZshot.
