About Global Partners LP
Global Partners LP owns, controls or have access to terminal networks of refined petroleum products and renewable fuels in the Northeast. Its segments include Wholesale, Gasoline Distribution and Station Operations (GDSO) and Commercial. Wholesale segment engages in the logistics of selling, gathering, blending, storing and transporting refined petroleum products, gasoline blendstocks, renewable fuels, crude oil and propane. In GDSO segment, gasoline distribution includes sales of branded and unbranded gasoline to gasoline station operators and sub-jobbers. Station operations include convenience store sales, rental income from gasoline stations leased to dealers and sundries, such as car wash sales and lottery and automated teller machine (ATM) commissions. Commercial segment includes sales and deliveries to end user customers in the public sector and to commercial and industrial end users of unbranded gasoline, home heating oil, diesel, kerosene, residual oil and bunker fuel.
