About Enviva Inc

Enviva Inc., formerly Enviva Partners, LP, is a supplier of utility-grade wood pellets primarily to power generators under long-term, take-or-pay off-take contracts. It procures wood fiber and process it into utility-grade wood pellets and load the finished wood pellets into railcars, trucks and barges for transportation to deep-water marine terminals, where they are received, stored and loaded onto oceangoing vessels for delivery under long-term, take-or-pay off-take contracts to its customers in the United Kingdom, Europe and Japan. It also procures wood pellets from third parties. Its wood pellets are exported from its marine terminals at the Port of Chesapeake, Virginia and terminal assets at the Port of Wilmington, North Carolina and third-party deep-water marine terminals in Mobile, Alabama, Panama City, Florida and Savannah, Georgia. It owns and operates approximately nine industrial-scale wood pellet production plants located in the Southeast United States.
