Redcentric PLC announce an interim dividend will be maintained at 1.2p per share.
The Redcentric Plc Board has reviewed the financial performance of the business and has decided to maintain an interim dividend payment of 1.2p per share, which will be paid on 27 January 2023 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 16 December 2022, with the shares going ex-dividend on 15 December 2022. The last date for dividend reinvestment plan (DRIP) elections is 6 January 2023.
Redcentric Plc has announced a final dividend of 2.4p per share
A final dividend of 2.4p per share is recommended by Redcentric Plc and will result in a total dividend for FY22 of 3.6p per share (financial year ended 31 March 2021 "FY21": 3.6p per share). Subject to approval by shareholders at Redcentric Plc's annual general meeting ("AGM"), this will be paid on 16 September 2022 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 29 July 2022 with shares going ex-dividend on 28 July 2022. The last day for Dividend Reinvestment Plan elections is 19 August 2022.
Redcentric PLC have announced an interim dividend maintained at 1.2p per share
The Redcentric PLC Board has reviewed the financial performance of the business and has decided to maintain an interim dividend payment of 1.2p per share, which will be paid on 6 January 2022 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 25 November 2021. The continuation of dividend payments whilst pursuing an acquisition strategy demonstrates the Board's confidence in the Company and the strong cash generative nature of the business.
Redcentric announce a final dividend of 2.4p (£3.7m) is being recommended
During the year, an interim dividend of 1.2p (£1.9m) was paid by Redcentric and a final dividend of 2.4p (£3.7m) is being recommended to shareholders. It is the intention of the board of directors of the Company (the "Board") to continue with a progressive dividend policy (50% of adjusted earnings) in FY22 and beyond.
Redcentric announces the reinstatement of a dividend
Further to the business' good trading performance throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, the closure of the restitution scheme, as detailed below, and the low levels of net debt, the Redcentric Board has decided to reinstate their dividend payments and with these results announces an interim dividend of 1.2p per share which will be paid on 31 December 2020 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 20 November 2020. As part of its review of strategy going forward, the Board will consider its final dividend policy and will make its recommendation at the time of release of the Company's preliminary results for FY21.
