EMIS declare an interim dividend of 21.3p per share
EMIS shareholders are entitled to receive a 2023 interim dividend of up to 21.3p per share (if declared) without any reduction to the Acquisition cash consideration of 1,925p per EMIS share
Emis Group Plc announce a final dividend of 21.1pence per share
Subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting on 29 June 2023, the Emis Group Board proposes an increase in the final dividend to 21.1p (2021: 17.6p) per ordinary share, payable on 11 July 2023 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 16 June 2023. This would make a total dividend of 38.7p (2021: 35.2p) per ordinary share for 2023. This is 10% higher than in the prior year, reflecting the underlying growth of the Group and its positive future prospects.
Emis Group PLC are to propose an interim dividend of 17.6pence per share
For the 2022 financial year, the Emis Group Directors are proposing an interim dividend of 17.6p, which will be payable on 3 November 2022 to shareholders on the register at 7 October 2022. This interim dividend, which will amount to approximately £11,143,000, has not been recognised as a liability in these half year financial statements.

The EMIS Board have proposed an increase in their final dividend to 17.6p (2020: 16.0p) per ordinary share, payable on 17 May 2022 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 19 April 2022. This would make a total dividend of 35.2p (2020: 32.0p) per ordinary share for 2022. EMIS PLC announce a final dividend of 16.0pence per share
Subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting on 6 May 2021, the EMIS Board proposes an increase in the final dividend to 16.0p (2019: 15.6p) per ordinary share, payable on 14 May 2021 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 16 April 2021. This would make a total dividend of 32.0p (2019: 31.2p) per ordinary share for 2019. This is 3% higher than in the prior year, reflecting a balance of the challenging trading environment experienced in 2020 with the consistent underlying growth of the Group and its positive future prospects.
Emis announces an increase of 10% in their interim dividend to 15.6p per share
The Emis Board has taken into account the consistent underlying growth of the Group, together with its future prospects, and has therefore declared a 10% increase in the interim dividend to 15.6p (2018 H1: 14.2p) per share, payable on 1 November 2019 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 27 September 2019, which will be payable on 1 November 2019 to shareholders on the register at 27 September 2019. This interim dividend, which will amount to approximately £9,795,000, has not been recognised as a liability in these half year financial statements.
