About Union Jack Oil Plc

Union Jack Oil plc is a United Kingdom-based onshore oil and gas company. The Company is focused on production, drilling, development and investment in the United Kingdom hydrocarbon sector. It operates through two segments: the exploration and evaluation of, and the development and production of hydrocarbon discoveries onshore United Kingdom. It has interests in approximately 13 licenses in its axis areas of the East Midlands, Humber Basin and East Yorkshire. Its projects include West Newton, Wressle Oilfield, Biscathorpe, Keddington Oilfield, Fiskerton Oilfield, North Kelsey, Claymore and Piper Complex Royalty, and other projects. It holds 16.665% interest in West Newton, located within the Western sector of the Southern Zechstein Basin. It holds 40% interest in Wressle Oilfield located in Lincolnshire, on the Western margin of the Humber Basin. Keddington project is located along the East Barkwith Ridge, an east-west structural high on the southern margin of the Humber Basin.
