DWF Group Plc has declared a final dividend of 3.25p per share
For FY2021/22, DWF Group Plc has proposed a final dividend of 3.25 pence per share, representing an increase of 8% on the final dividend paid last year and, taking the total dividend for the year to 4.75 pence, reflecting a pay-out ratio of 44%. This pay-out ratio reflects a progressive dividend in absolute terms, but retains a proportion of FY2021/22 profits to invest in near-term growth opportunities. If approved by Shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting, the final dividend will be paid on 7 October 2022 to all Shareholders on the register on 9 September 2022.
DWF Group announce an interim dividend of 1.5 pence per share
The DWF Group Board has approved an interim dividend for FY22 of 1.5 pence per share in line with their policy of paying one third of the prior year total dividend as the interim dividend in the following year. The interim dividend for FY22 is payable on 4 March 2022 to shareholders on the register as at 4 February 2022.
