Boycote Plc announce a full year dividend per share of 22.7p
The Bodycote Board has recommended a final dividend of 16.0p (2022: 14.9p), bringing the full year ordinary dividend to 22.7p (2022: 21.3p). The interim dividend of 6.7p, approved by the Board on 27 July 2023, was paid on 10 November 2023 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 6 October 2023. Subject to shareholder approval at the 2024 AGM, the final dividend will be paid on 6 June 2024 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 26 April 2024.

The Bodycote Plc Board has recommended a final ordinary dividend of 13.8p (2020: 13.4p), bringing the total ordinary dividend to 20.0p (2020: 19.4p). The interim dividend of 6.2p, approved by the Bodycote Plc Board on 27 July 2021, was paid on 5 November 2021 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 8 October 2021. The final ordinary dividend will be paid on 3 June 2022 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 22 April 2022.

The Board is proposing a final dividend of 13.4p, which brings the total ordinary dividend for 2020 to 19.4p. This continues Bodycote's uninterrupted 30+ year track record of growing or maintaining the dividend and reflects the Board's confidence in the Group's future earnings and cash flow potential.
Bodycote announces 2019 deferred dividend of 13.3p to be paid in September, decision on 2020 interim dividend to be made in due course
In April, amidst the uncertainty of the depth and duration of the impact of COVID-19 and the associated restrictions, the Bodycote Board announced that it would be keeping the 2019 final dividend payment under review. In light of management's strong reaction to the downturn, which has allowed the business to remain profitable and cash generative throughout this period, the Board has decided that a deferred dividend for 2019 of 13.3p will now be paid on 25 September 2020 to all shareholders on the register at close of business on 28 August 2020.
Bodycote announces a full year ordinary dividend 20.0p, up 5.3%
The Bodycote Board has recommended a final ordinary dividend of 14.0p (2018: 13.3p), bringing the total ordinary dividend to 20.0p (2018: 19.0p). In light of the imminent acquisition of Ellison Surface Technologies, the Board is not recommending a special dividend this year (2018: 20.0p). If approved by shareholders, the final ordinary dividend will be paid on 5 June 2020 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 24 April 2020.
