Severfield Plc announce an interim dividend increased by 8% to 1.4p per share
The Severfield directors have declared an interim dividend in respect of the six months ended 23 September 2023 of 1.4p per share (H1 2023: 1.3p per share) which will amount to an estimated dividend payment of £4,300,000 (H1 2023: £4,013,000). This dividend is not reflected in the balance sheet as it was declared and will be paid after the balance sheet date, on 2 February to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 5 January.

The Severfield Plc directors are recommending a final dividend of 2.1p per share (2022: 1.9p), payable on 13 October 2023 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 8 September 2023. This together with the interim dividend of 1.3p per share (2022: 1.2p), will result in a total dividend of 3.4p per share (2022: 3.1p).

The Severfield PLC directors have declared an interim dividend in respect of the six months ended 24 September 2022 of 1.3p per share (H1 2022: 1.2p per share) which will amount to an estimated dividend payment of £4,000,000 (H1 2022: £3,700,000). This dividend is not reflected in the balance sheet as it was declared and will be paid after the balance sheet date, on 3 February to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 6 January.

The Severfield PLC board is recommending a final dividend of 1.9p per share (2021: 1.8p), payable on 14 October to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 9 September. This together with the interim dividend of 1.2p per share (2021: 1.1p), will result in a total dividend of 3.1p per share (2021: 2.9p).

The Severfield PLC directors have declared an interim dividend in respect of the six months ended 30 September 2021 of 1.2p per share (2020: 1.1p per share) which will amount to an estimated dividend payment of £3,710,000 (2020: £3,372,000). This dividend is not reflected in the balance sheet as it was declared and will be paid after the balance sheet date.
Severfield PLC announces total dividend of 2.9p per share, includes proposed final dividend of 1.8p per share
Despite the significant impact of COVID-19 on the 2021 results, the Severfield PLC board is recommending a final dividend of 1.8p per share (2020: 1.8p), payable on 4 September to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 12 August. This together with the interim dividend of 1.1p per share (2020: 1.1p), will result in a total dividend of 2.9p per share (2020: 2.9p), unchanged from the previous year.
Severfield announce an interim dividend of 1.1p per share
The Severfield board considers the dividend to be a very important component of shareholder returns. Accordingly, based on its current assessment of the performance of the business, the outlook for the year and a strong balance sheet and cash position, the board has decided to maintain the interim dividend at 1.1p per share (2019: 1.1p per share).
