The Coats Group Plc Board has decided to pay an interim dividend of 0.93 cents per share, a 15% increase on the prior year. The interim dividend will be paid on 14 November 2024 to ordinary shareholders on the register at 18 October 2024, with an ex-dividend date of 17 October 2024.
Coats Group Plc announce a proposed final dividend of 1.99 cent
The Coats Group Plc Board has decided to propose a final dividend of 1.99 cents per share, a 15% increase on the prior year. This equates to a full year dividend of 2.80 cents per share, also an increase of 15%. Subject to approval at the AGM, the final dividend will be paid on 30 May 2024 to ordinary shareholders on the register at 3 May 2024, with an ex-dividend date of 2 May 2024.

Subject to approval at the forthcoming AGM, the final dividend will be paid on 25 May 2022 to ordinary shareholders on the register at 29 April 2022, with an ex-dividend date of 28 April 2022. Alongside the interim dividend of 0.61 cents per share, this makes a total of 2.11 cents per share for the full year 2021.

The Coats Group Board is mindful of the importance of income to shareholders and, as a result of the strength of the Group's balance sheet, the continued encouraging recovery out of the Covid pandemic, and its confidence in the strategy and outlook for the Group, it is pleased to declare an ordinary interim dividend of 0.61 cents per share (2020 interim dividend: nil). The interim dividend will be paid on 16 November 2021 to ordinary shareholders on the register at 22 October 2021, with an ex-dividend date of 21 October 2021. The proposed full year dividend will be announced in March 2022 alongside the Full Year 2021 results.
