Breedon Group Plc has announced an increased interim dividend of 4.75 pence per share
Breedon Group Plc has announced an increased interim dividend of 4.75p per share (H1 2024: 4.50p per share). This represents a 6% increase compared with H1 2024 and equates to a dividend payout ratio of 42%, in line with the full year and slightly ahead of our financial framework target of 40%. The cash cost of the interim dividend will be c. £17m (H1 2024: £16m).
Breedon Group plc has announced interim dividend of 4.5p
Breedon Group plc has announced their intention to pay an increased interim dividend of 4.5p per share (H1 2023: 4.0p per share) reflecting their confidence in the prospects of the group and in keeping with their dividend policy. The dividend will be paid on 1 November 2024 to shareholders who are on the Register of Members at the close of business on 27 September 2024. The ex-dividend date is 26 September 2024. The latest date for registering for the Company's DRIP is 11 October 2024 and further details of how to join the DRIP are available on the Company's website.
Breedon PLC announce a final dividend 2.1pence per share
Subject to shareholder approval, Breedon PLC intend to pay a dividend in respect of the 2022 financial results of 2.1p, an increase of 31% from 2021 (1.6p). This equates to a payout ratio of 30% (2021: 27%) of adjusted Underlying EPS. Assuming continued positive trading conditions and cash generation, the Group continues to target a payout ratio of 40% of Underlying EPS over time.

Breedon Group plc have announced an interim dividend of 0.70p per share (H1 2021: 0.50p per share). This will be paid on 30 September 2022 to all shareholders on the register at 26 August 2022 (ex-dividend date 25 August 2022).
Breedon Group PLC announces a first interim dividend of 0.5 pence per share
The Breedon Board believes that, given the Group's scale, level of maturity and cash generation, this is the right time to implement a structured cash return to shareholders in the form of a committed and progressive dividend policy.
