C&C announce a final dividend of 3.67 cent per Ordinary share
The C&C Group Board has proposed, subject to Shareholder approval at the AGM, a final dividend of 3.67 cent per Ordinary Share; the proposed amount has principally been determined by distributable reserves as referenced in the CFO Review. The final dividend would be payable on 17 July 2026 to Shareholders on the register at 12 June 2026. Together with the interim dividend of 2.08 cent per Ordinary Share paid during the year, this represents a full-year dividend of 5.75 cent per Ordinary Share.
C&C Group Proposed final dividend of 4.13c
The C&C Group Board has proposed, subject to Shareholder approval at the AGM, a final dividend of 4.13 cent per Ordinary Share. The proposed final dividend is to be paid on 18 July 2025 to Shareholders registered at the close of business on 13 June 2025. In addition to the interim dividend of 2.0 cent per share, paid to Shareholders on 1 December 2024, this represents a full year dividend of 6.13 cent per share to Shareholders.
