About Eqtec Plc
EQTEC PLC is an Ireland-based gasification technology solutions company for sustainable waste-to-energy projects. The Company uses its advanced gasification technology to generate safe, green energy from over 50 different kinds of feedstock, including municipal waste, agricultural waste, biomass and plastics with no hazardous waste or toxic emissions. It collaborates with waste operators, developers, technologists, engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contractors and capital providers to build sustainable waste elimination and green energy infrastructure. The Company has two operating segments: the power generation segment and the technology sales segment. The Company's projects convert waste into clean energy from three sources: Plant and agriculture biomass, Forestry wood biomass, and municipal solid waste (MSW). Its subsidiaries include Newry Biomass Limited, Deeside WTV Limited, Haverton WTV Limited, EQTEC Holdings Limited and Eqtec Iberia SLU.
