About Mobilezone Holding AG

Mobilezone Holding AG is a Switzerland-based holding company for the mobilezone Group, which is active in the telecommunications sector. The Company has two operating segments: Trade and Service Providing. In the Trade segment, the Company intermediates in the sale of telecommunications service contracts, including mobile and fixed-line telephony, Internet and digital television, from Swiss and German network operators to private and business customers, as well as wholesales and retails mobile communications devices, such as mobile phones and tablets, and accessories. In the Service Providing segment, the Company markets its Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) offering under the TalkTalk brand, as well as offers consulting and outsourcing services for business customers in the area of mobile telecommunications, and also provides repair services for mobile phones from various manufacturers in Switzerland and Austria.
