The FTSE 100 is up 16 points (0.21%) on the week. The S&P 500 is down 0.6%. and the Stoxx 600 is flat on the week.
The past week has been quiet in the UK and Europe from a reporting perspective, although there have been plenty of trading statements. The US has been very busy with the Q1 reporting season.
Going ex dividend this coming Thursday with yields in excess of 3% from the single dividend we have Legal and General (5.5%), Central Asia Metals (4.4%), Bakkavor (4.4%), Robert Walters (4.1%), Tyman (3.9%), Morgan Sindall (3.9%) and M.P. Evans for 3.4%.
