The Braemar board is proposing a final dividend for the year ended 28 February 2026 of 4.5 pence per share for approval by shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting to be held on 2 July 2026. Subject to shareholder approval, the final dividend will be paid on 7 September 2026 to shareholders who are on the register at the close of business on 31 July 2026, with a corresponding ex-dividend date of 30 July 2026.
