Thorpe (FW) announce a final dividend in respect of the year ended 30 June 2025 of 5.36p (2024: 5.08p) per share, amounting to £6,232,000 (2024: £5,961,000) is to be proposed at the Annual General Meeting on 20 November 2025 and, if approved, will be paid on 28 November 2025 to shareholders on the register on 31 October 2025. The ex-dividend date is 30 October 2025.
