Spectra Systems Corporation provides technology-based security solutions. The Company invents, develops, and sells integrated optical systems to customers. It develops and sells its integrated solutions across a spectrum of markets, including currency manufacturing and cleaning, branded products, industrial logistics and other highly sensitive documents. It operates through three segments: Authentication Systems Group, Secure Transactions Group and Banknote Cleaning Group. Authentication Systems Group captures the hardware, software and materials related to the authentication of banknotes, tax stamps and other high-value goods. Secure Transactions Group provides internal control system (ICS) software offering to the lottery and gaming industries.
