Iomart Group plc announce an interim dividend of 1.94p per share
The Iomart Plc Board has approved an interim dividend of 1.94p per share (H1 2023: 1.94p) payable on 26 January 2024 to shareholders on the register on 5 January 2024, with an ex-dividend date of 4 January 2024. This interim dividend represents a pay-out ratio of 38% (H1 2023: 37%) of the adjusted diluted earnings per share for the period.
Iomart Group plc announces a final dividend of 3.50p per share
Ionmart Group plc announces a final dividend of 3.50p per share taking the total for the year to 5.44p being at the maximum pay-out ratio under their stated dividend policy of paying up to 50% of adjusted diluted earnings per share. They believe this is appropriate given their funding position, robust business model and strength their balance sheet. Subject to shareholder approval this proposed final dividend would be payable on 8 September 2023 to shareholders on the register at close on 18 August 2023.
Iomart Group propose a final dividend of 4.50p
The Iomart dividend policy, which has been in place for several years now, is based on the profitability of the business in the period measured with reference to the adjusted diluted earnings per share they deliver in a financial year. For the last few years they have been paying dividends at the maximum level allowed by their stated policy. They have reviewed their dividend policy in the year and with the continued strong level of cash generation in the business are increasing the maximum pay-out policy from 40% to 50% of adjusted diluted earnings per share. This amendment allows the Directors to propose a final dividend of 4.50p which is above the prior year of 3.93p and they believe is fully appropriate given the recurring revenue nature of the Group, the level of operating cash which they deliver, the low level of indebtedness within the Group and the fact they have not utilised any of the government furlough schemes. As a result, along with the interim dividend of 2.60p (2020: 2.60p), which was paid in January 2021, the total dividend for the year is 7.10p (2020: 6.53p), an increase of 8.7%.
Imomart Group have proposed a final dividend payment of 3.93p per share
The Imomart dividend policy, which has been in place for several years now, is based on the profitability of the business in the period. They have committed to a pay-out policy of up to 40% of the adjusted diluted earnings per share delivered in a financial year.
Ionmart announce an interim dividend of 2.60p per share, a 6% increase
Maintaining a progressive dividend policy and recognising their confidence in the future, Iomart will pay an interim dividend of 2.60p per share (H1 2019: 2.45p) on 31 January 2020 to shareholders on the register on 20 December 2019, with an ex-dividend date of 19 December 2019. This dividend represents an increase of 6% on the interim dividend of last year and a pay-out ratio of 31% of the adjusted diluted earnings per share for the interim period.
