Renew Holdings Board are to propose a final dividend of 12.00p (2022: 11.33p) per share. This will be paid on 8 March 2024 to shareholders on the register as at 9 February 2024, with an ex-dividend date of 8 February 2024. This will represent a full year dividend of 18.00p (2022: 17.00p) per share, an increase of 5.8%.

Renew Holdings Board have announced a final dividend of 11.33p (2021: 11.17p) per share. This will be paid on 3 March 2023 to shareholders on the register as at 10 February 2023, with an ex-dividend date of 9 February 2023. This will represent a full year dividend of 17.0p (2021: 16.0p) per share, an increase of 6.3%.
Renew Holdings PLC Group declare an interim dividend of 5.67pence per share
The Renew Holdings PLC Group's resilient trading performance, cash position and strong forward order book have given the Board the confidence to declare an interim dividend of 5.67p (HY2021: 4.83p) per share. This represents a 17.4 per cent increase on the last interim dividend paid. This will be paid on 13 July 2022 to shareholders on the register as at 10 June 2022, with an ex-dividend date of 9 June 2022.
Renew Holdings PLC are to propose a final dividend of 11.17pence per share
The Renew Holding PLC Board is to propose a final dividend of 11.17p (2020: 8.33p) per share, an increase of 34 per cent. This will be paid on 4 March 2022 to shareholders on the register as at 28 January 2022, with an ex-dividend date of 27 January 2022. This will represent a full year dividend of 16.0p (2020: 8.33p) per share.
Renew announces reinstatement of interim dividend
The Renew Holdings robust trading performance, cash position and positive outlook have given the Board the confidence to declare an interim dividend of 4.83p (HY2020: nil; HY2019: 3.83p) per share. This represents a 26 per cent increase on the last interim dividend paid. This will be paid on 15 July 2021 to shareholders on the register as at 18 June 2021, with an ex-dividend date of 17 June 2021.
Renew plc propose a final dividend of 8.33p per share
The Covid-19 pandemic saw the Renew plc Board take a number of decisive actions to preserve cash and protect liquidity. One of the measures, taken in April 2020, was the suspension of the Group's interim dividend which would ordinarily have been paid to shareholders in July 2020. They have continued to review our dividend policy whilst understanding the importance of the dividend to their shareholders. The Group's strong trading performance, cash position and positive outlook has given the Board the confidence to propose a final dividend of 8.33p per share, an increase of 8.6 per cent over the prior year final dividend of 7.67p. This will be paid on 5 March 2021 to shareholders on the register as at 29 January 2021, with an ex-dividend date of 28 January 2021. As no interim dividend was paid to shareholders, this will represent a full year dividend of 8.33p per share (2019: 11.50p). In the absence of unforeseen circumstances, or a material adverse impact on trading caused by a worsening of the Covid-19 situation, they expect dividend payments to continue in line with pre-Covid dividend policy going forward.
Renew Holdings proposes an increased final dividend of 7.67p per share
The Renew Plc Board proposes a final dividend of 7.67p per share (2018: 6.67p) to be paid on 6 March 2020 to shareholders on the register as at 31 January 2020. The ex-dividend date will be 30 January 2020. This will represent a full year dividend of 11.5p per share (2018: 10.0p) reflecting their confidence in the Group's future prospects.
