The FTSE 100 has had a very good week rising 166 points (2%). The S&P 500 has risen a hefty 4.3% and the Stoxx 600 is up 2.3%.
The past week has been relatively quiet as the half yearly reporting season winds down.
The week ahead is very quiet.
Going ex dividend this coming Thursday with yields in excess of 2% from the single dividend we have Investec (3.2%), OSB Group (2.7%), Hammerson (2.6%) and XPS Pensions for 2.2%.
