Friday Email: 17 July 2020
Every Friday morning our lead analyst Mark Riding sends out his weekly run-down and upcoming events in the investor calendar, like this one:
The FTSE 100 is up around 170 points in another quiet week from a reporting perspective.
The week ahead picks up slightly as we move into the start of the half yearly reporting season and the following weeks are very active with large numbers of companies reporting to the market. It will be interesting to see how many companies reinstate their dividends at this stage.
Going ex-dividend this coming Thursday with yields of 2% or more we have SSE (4%), CQS New City High Yield Fund (2.9%), Pennon (2.8%) and CQS Natural Resources Growth & Income Fund for 2%.
The Friday email is delivered to over 20,000 subscriber’s every week, and remains a widely read run-down of recent events and what investors can expect in the week ahead written by our chief analyst Mark Riding.
It’s included as part of the free DividendMax trial.
