The Smiths Group Board is recommending a final dividend of 33.5p, a year-on-year increase of +5.4% bringing the total dividend for the year to 48.5p (FY2025: 46.0p). The proposed final dividend will be paid on 23 November 2026 to shareholders on the register at close of business on 16 October 2026.
