The Personal Group Holdings Board announces an interim dividend of 9.0p

The Personal Group Holdings Board have announced an interim dividend for 2026 of 9.0p (2025: 8.2p), representing a 10% increase on the previous year. The interim dividend represents approximately 35-40% of the expected annual distribution, in line with a prudent approach to capital management and providing flexibility to reflect full-year earnings and capital outcomes in the final dividend. The interim dividend is to be paid on 30 October 2026 to members on the register as at 15 September 2026.  Shares will be marked ex-dividend on 25 September 2026.

Other Financial Highlights:

Group revenue up 10% to £25.7m (H1 2025: £23.3m), with growth across all business segments and more than 90% derived from recurring revenue sources

Adjusted EBITDA up 22% to £6.7m (H1 2025: £5.5m)

Profit before tax up 21% to £4.6m (H1 2025: £3.8m)

Basic EPS of 12.3p (H1 2025: 9.6p), an increase of 28%

Return on Tangible Equity of 29.6% (H1 2025: 25.6%), top quartile performance relative to other listed UK financial services peers

£6.4m of cash generated from operating activities (H1 2025: £4.0m), with cash and deposits at 30 June 2026 of £29.4m (31 December 2025: £29.0m), and no debt
