The Retork Board has declared an interim dividend of 3.00p per ordinary share (H1 2025: 2.95p). The interim dividend will be paid on 21 September 2026 to ordinary shareholders on the register at the close of business on 14 August 2026 and represents a 1.7% increase in the interim dividend over the prior year.
