The Weir Group plc Board has approved an interim dividend of 20.0 pence per share (2025: 19.6p), representing a 2% increase on the prior year and reflecting confidence in achieving good growth in underlying EPS over the full year. The interim dividend will be paid on 3 November 2026 to Shareholders on the register on 2 October 2026.
