Unite Group plc are proposing an interim dividend payment of 12.8p per share, unchanged compared to the prior year (H1 2025: 12.8p). The interim dividend will be partially paid as a Property Income Distribution (PID) of 4.3p, with the remaining 8.5p paid as an ordinary dividend. The interim dividend will be paid on 30 October 2026 to shareholders on the register at close of business on 18 September 2026.
