The FRP Advisory Group Plc Board recommends a final dividend of 2.8p per eligible Ordinary share for the financial year ended 30 April 2026. Subject to approval by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), the final dividend will be paid on 23 October 2026 to shareholders on the Company's register of members at close of business on 25 September 2026. If the final dividend is approved, the total dividends paid by the Company relating to FY2026 will be 5.8p per eligible Ordinary Share (FY2025: 5.4p).
