The Celebrus Technologies Plc Board is proposing a final dividend of 2.41p per share, which together with the interim dividend of 0.98p per share brings the total dividend for the year to 3.39p per share, an increase of 3.7% on the prior year. The final dividend is expected to be paid on 21 August 2026 to shareholders on the register as at the close of business on 24 July 2026.
