Unicorn Aim Vct plc declared a special dividend of 23.0 pence per share, equating to approximately £50 million distributed to Shareholders. This dividend was paid on 5 March 2026 to Shareholders on the register as at 23 January 2026, with an ex-dividend date of 22 January 2026.
In addition, Uniocrn Aim Vct plc proposed a final dividend of 3.5 pence per share in respect of the financial year ended 30 September 2025. This dividend was paid on 13 February 2026.
