Volex Plc Board has declared a final dividend of 3.2 pence per share to shareholders. Together with an interim dividend of 1.6 pence per share paid in December 2025, this equates to a full-year dividend of 4.8 pence per share (FY2025: 4.5 pence per share). The final dividend will be paid on 18 September 2026 to all shareholders on the register at 14 August 2026. The ex-dividend date will be 13 August 2026.
