VP Plc. is proposing an maintained final dividend of 28.0p per share (2025: 28.0 per share), which, together with the interim dividend of 11.5p, equates to a total dividend for the year of 39.5p per share (2025: 39.5p per share).
The dividend will be paid on 5 August 2026 to members registered as of 19 June 2026.
