Mitie Group plc announce a final dividend for the year of 3.1p per share subject to the approval at the Annual General Meeting on 21 July 2026, the final dividend for the year ended 31 March 2026 will be paid on 27 August 2026 to shareholders on the register on 17 July 2026. The ordinary shares will be quoted ex-dividend on 16 July 2026.
