The ICG Board has proposed a final dividend of 59.3p per share which, combined with the interim dividend of 27.7p per share, results in total dividends for the year of 87p (FY25: 83p). Both Ordinary Shares and Ordinary Non-Voting Shares are entitled to this dividend.
