The Andrews Sykes Groyup plc Board has decided to propose a final dividend for the year ended 31 December 2025 of 14.0 pence per ordinary share. If approved at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting, this dividend, which in total amounts to £5.9 million, will be paid on 19 June 2026 to shareholders on the register as at 22 May 2026.
