3i Infrastructure Plc announce a final dividend for the year of 6.725 pence per share. Subject to shareholder approval, the proposed final dividend is expected to be paid on 10 July 2026 to holders of ordinary shares on the register on 12 June 2026. The ex-dividend date for the final dividend will be on 11 June 2026.
