The JD Sports Board has proposed a final dividend per share of 0.87 pence per share (FY25 final dividend: 0.67 pence per share). This results in a proposed total dividend per share of 1.20 pence per share in respect of FY26, which is 20% higher than the prior year (FY25: 1.00 pence per share).
The final dividend is subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting on 21 July 2026. If approved, it will be paid on 31 July 2026 to shareholders on the register at close of business on 3 July 2026. The shares will go ex-dividend on 2 July 2026.
