A final ordinary dividend of 20.4p per share (FY2024: 18.1p), amounting to £40.8m (FY2024: £36.2m), has been recommended by the Softcat PLC Board of Directors. This brings the total dividend for the year to 29.3p per share (FY2024: 26.6p). If approved by Softcat PLC shareholders, the final ordinary dividend will be payable on 16 December 2025, to shareholders whose names are on the register at the close of business on 7 November 2025. Shares in the Softcat PLC Group will be quoted ex-dividend on 6 November 2025. The last day for dividend reinvestment plan ('DRIP') elections is 25 November 2025.
