The Netcall plc Board is proposing a final dividend for this financial year of 0.94p (FY24: 0.89p). If approved at the Company's 2025 Annual General Meeting, the final dividend will be paid on 9 February 2026 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 30 December 2025.
